Helping You Feel Better!

Clinic policies

At Bombala Massage & Wellness Centre, our policies are in place to support the safety, wellbeing and comfort of all clients and practitioners. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following clinic policies.

Late Arrival Policy

Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. If you arrive late, your appointment will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time to avoid impacting subsequent bookings.

If your late arrival results in a shortened session, the full treatment fee will remain payable. This applies regardless of the reason for lateness.

Clients are encouraged to arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to allow for check-in and preparation.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

To respect our therapists’ time and accommodate wait-listed clients, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the treatment cost if the appointment cannot be reallocated. By booking an appointment, you authorise your therapist to charge this fee.

Failure to attend an appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and will result in a fee equal to 100% of the treatment cost.

The application or waiver of cancellation or no-show fees is at the sole discretion of your therapist and is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Clients who repeatedly cancel late or fail to attend scheduled appointments may be required to pre-pay in full for future bookings.

Drug and Alcohol Policy

The safety and wellbeing of both clients and therapists is our priority.

Clients must not attend appointments while under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.

By booking an appointment with Bombala Massage & Wellness Centre, clients acknowledge and agree that they are not under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs at the time of treatment.

If a client attends an appointment while believed to be under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs, treatment may be refused or discontinued immediately at the discretion of the therapist.

In these circumstances, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation or non-attendance, and applicable cancellation fees may apply in line with the Cancellation and No-Show Policy above.
