I have had long term hip issue (12mths) plus other nagging pains over the years and nothing worked to see improved long-term results. However, after seeing Alisha and having massages, Hot Stone Therapy and Dry Needling my body aches have significantly reduced, especially in the hip. The best thing about Alisha is she listens to you and she will give you the treatment she feels will best help you. I can't praise her ability and compassion enough.

Alisha asked me to be a case study for her training in the Gentle Scar
Therapy Program. I was happy to give the Scar Therapy ago as I was suffering with lower back pain post C-Section 12 months prior. I also found I very much disliked touching my scar and it was quite sensitive.

6 weeks between appointments and I was glad to say my lower back pain had mostly disappeared and I amazingly felt the scar had desensitised and I feel comfortable to touch my scar now.
