Alisha asked me to be a case study for her training in the Gentle Scar
Therapy Program. I was happy to give the Scar Therapy ago as I was suffering with lower back pain post C-Section 12 months prior. I also found I very much disliked touching my scar and it was quite sensitive.

6 weeks between appointments and I was glad to say my lower back pain had mostly disappeared and I amazingly felt the scar had desensitised and I feel comfortable to touch my scar now.
